The Braiv interface is designed around a few core navigation areas so you can quickly move between managing projects, creating localized assets, and customizing your publishing workflow.
Navigating Braiv (Left Menu)
Section titled “Navigating Braiv (Left Menu)”The main left navigation menu is your command center. It is divided into three core sections:
Manage
Section titled “Manage”- Projects: The central hub for your localized video and audio projects in your Project Library. This is where you organize your videos with folders, trigger bulk actions by selecting multiple videos, and access individual files.
- Channels: Connect and manage your social distribution channels (YouTube, TikTok, etc.) to set up one-click auto-publishing.
- Translate Text: Access quick, standalone text translation tools outside of the video workflow.
- Documents: Upload, manage, and translate document files. Check out our Document Translation guide.
- Text to Speech: Access Ultra-Realistic AI Voice Cloning and design. Generate lifelike voiceovers across 80+ languages using Braiv Speech.
Customize
Section titled “Customize”- Integrations: Connect Braiv with external platforms, LMS workflows (like Thinkific), and other tools via Integrations & Connections.
- Branding: Manage your visual identity. Configure custom fonts, colors, and animated caption styles in your Branding Settings to ensure your localized videos stay on-brand.
- Settings: Manage your account details, billing plans, and view your translation history.
Top Navigation Bar
Section titled “Top Navigation Bar”The top navigation bar provides quick access to account-level tools and your primary creation actions.
- New (Create Button): The fastest way to start a new workflow. Click this to upload a new Managed Video, connect a new distribution channel, or start a Document Translation.
- AI Credit Counter: Displays your available AI Credits. Braiv uses AI Credits for advanced tasks like AI lip-sync and Ultra-Realistic voice generation. Learn how they work in Billing & Credits.
- Support: Quick access to the Braiv Help Center.
- User Profile: Access your account settings, or sign out of the platform.
