Move Projects to a Workspace

Move existing projects from Personal (or another context) into a workspace so the team can collaborate on them.
Move from the Project Library
Section titled “Move from the Project Library”- Open Projects (Project Library).
- Select one or more videos.
- Choose Move to workspace (or the equivalent bulk / menu action when shown).
- Pick the destination workspace and confirm.
Limits and honesty
Section titled “Limits and honesty”- Hosting or plan limits on the destination workspace may block a move — follow the in-app error or upgrade prompt.
- Only people with permission to move content can complete the action.
- After a move, open the workspace via the switcher to find the projects.
