Navigating Braiv

The Braiv interface is organized so you can move quickly between managing projects, creating assets, and customizing how you publish.

The left sidebar is divided into four sections.

Projects: Your Project Library — search media, organize with folders, run bulk actions, and open any project in Braiv Studio.
Channels: Connect YouTube channels and optimize videos already live on those channels (titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and more). Start with Connect a YouTube Channel.
Integrations: Connect social platforms and related publishing destinations (for example YouTube OAuth and other social connections) from Integrations. Academy publishing guides stay YouTube-first; other networks are connected in Integrations without separate how-tos yet.

Thumbnails: Open the Thumbnails hub to generate and manage AI thumbnails.
Text to Speech: Open Braiv Speech to clone or design voices and generate speech.

Translate: Standalone Translate Text outside a full video project. (Document Translation in the app is not covered in Academy.)
YouTube: YouTube Tools — Competitors, Keywords, and Thumbnail Downloader. Competitor auto-import is VIP / Braiv Team / admin.

Branding: Branding — guidelines, glossary, characters, and player defaults.
Settings: Account, Plan, History, API, and — when you have a workspace — Workspace settings. See Workspaces.

Top bar

Create: Opens the Create menu. Common actions include Translate a Video, Generate a Short (see Braiv Shorts), Generate AI Thumbnails, Optimize Existing Channel, Publish Everywhere (Integrations), Set Up Branding, and Text to Speech.
AI Credits: Shows your available credits for advanced AI work such as lip-sync and expressive speech. Learn more in Billing & Credits.
Support: Opens Help / support.
Profile: Account settings, plans and credits, history, and sign out. Workspace switching and invites appear here when workspaces are enabled — Invite members and roles.
