Invite Members and Roles

Use Invite teammates (or Create workspace) to build a shared workspace and add people.
Invite or create
Section titled “Invite or create”- Open Invite teammates from the top bar when it is available.
- Follow the wizard: create a workspace if needed, migrate plan options when shown, invite emails, and optionally move videos.
- Invitees accept via the workspace accept flow (
/workspace/accept).
- Owner — full control, including plan and billing for the workspace when applicable.
- Contributor — can produce (import, create, TTS, and similar). Contributor seats may be billed like Starter-tier seats — follow in-app pricing.
- Member — collaboration access without full produce rights; produce actions may show produce denied messaging.
Exact seat counts and pricing appear in the invite / Plan UI.
Workspace settings tabs
Section titled “Workspace settings tabs”With a workspace selected, open Workspace settings:
- General — workspace profile
- Team — members and roles
- Plan & Credits — workspace subscription (often owner-only to change)
