Edit a Short

After generation, open an item from the Studio Shorts tab to refine it in the short editor.
Open the editor
Section titled “Open the editor”- In Studio → Shorts, select a Short, Promo, or Clip.
- Open it in the editor (route shows an edit short experience). The top bar shows Edit short with the title and Save and exit.
Captions
Section titled “Captions”Open the Captions section to adjust subtitle text and styling for the vertical (or clip) output. Save changes before leaving.
Details
Section titled “Details”Open Details to edit the short’s title and description, then Save details. (Hook editing may show as coming soon.)
- Generation-time Smart crop is set when you create the short. Day-to-day editing focuses on Captions and Details.
- When you are ready to distribute, see Publish or schedule a Short.
