Import or Processing Stuck

Problem
Section titled “Problem”A new import never finishes, or a project stays in a processing / importing state longer than expected and never opens normally in Studio.
Common causes:
- Source URL or file is still downloading or inaccessible (private YouTube, expired Drive/Dropbox link, large upload).
- Temporary processing backlog or a failed job that did not surface a clear error.
- Browser left mid-create before packaging / languages finished.
Resolution
Section titled “Resolution”- Refresh Project Library and check whether status or an error message updated.
- Confirm the source is still available (re-check YouTube privacy, Drive permissions, Dropbox link).
- Retry with Create / the matching import path if the project never appeared.
- If processing remains stuck for a long time with no progress, contact Support from the app and include the project name and approximate start time.
