Bulk Publish Videos to YouTube

Bulk publish lets you send multiple packaged projects to YouTube from the Project Library without opening each one in Studio.

Requirements

Section titled “Requirements”
  • A Pro plan or higher (bulk YouTube publish is gated to Pro and above).
  • At least one connected YouTube channel.
  • Select up to 10 videos per batch.

Publish from the Project Library

Section titled “Publish from the Project Library”
  1. Open Projects (your Project Library).
  2. Select the videos you want to publish (checkbox on each tile). Stay within 10 selections.
  3. In the bulk toolbar, click Publish (tooltip / modal title: Publish to YouTube).
  1. Choose how to publish:
    • Publish all immediately — sends the batch as soon as you confirm.
    • Publish at intervals — spaces publishes over time (every N day(s) or week(s) starting from Today, Tomorrow, or a custom date). Set Publish order if offered.
  2. Confirm the destination channel and options, then start the publish.

If your plan does not include bulk publish, Braiv shows an upgrade message such as Bulk YouTube publish is available on Pro and above.

Scheduling notes

Section titled “Scheduling notes”
  • Interval scheduling in this bulk flow is the supported way to stagger many library publishes.
  • Single-video Schedule for Later (privacy / publish options) lives in Studio when you publish one project — see Publish Video to External Platforms and Setting YouTube Privacy.
  • A library Calendar control may appear for some admin accounts. It is not documented here as a general subscriber feature.
