Thumbnail or Shorts Generation Failed

Problem
Section titled “Problem”Thumbnail generation, Score & Fix, or Shorts / Promos / Clips generation fails or never returns results.
Common causes:
- Insufficient AI Credits or missing payment method when the estimator requires it.
- Source project still processing or missing usable media.
- Transient AI job failure.
Resolution
Section titled “Resolution”- Confirm the project is fully imported and playable in Studio.
- Check credits on Settings → Plan — AI Credits — and complete any payment-method prompt shown in the generate UI.
- Retry generation with fewer options (for Shorts: lower clip count; for thumbnails: simpler style) if the first attempt timed out.
- For Shorts modes, re-read Promos vs Shorts vs Clips and start again from Generate AI Shorts.
- If failures persist with credits available, contact Support with the project and feature (Thumbnail vs Shorts).
