Bulk Actions by Selecting Multiple Videos
Use multi-select in the Project Library to act on several projects at once.
- In the Project Library, each video tile has a checkbox. Click the checkboxes for the videos you want.
- A bulk toolbar appears with available actions. Depending on your plan and connections, you may see actions such as:
- Publish — Bulk publish to YouTube (Pro+; max 10 videos; requires a connected YouTube channel)
- Move to folder — relocate selected videos into a folder
- Delete — remove selected videos
- Other toolbar actions your account shows (for example translate or move to workspace, when available)
Move to folder
Section titled “Move to folder”- Select the videos, then click Move to folder.
- Choose the destination folder from the list of folders you have created.
- Confirm — the videos move immediately.
Delete
Section titled “Delete”- Select the videos, then click Delete (or Delete video).
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
