Can't Find a Project or Scheduled Publish

Problem

A project, folder, or scheduled publish is missing from where you expect it.

Common causes:

Wrong workspace or personal library selected in the switcher.
Project moved to a workspace or folder you are not viewing.
Filters / search hiding the tile.
Scheduled publish lives on the destination channel timeline, not as an obvious library badge.

Check the workspace switcher (profile / workspace control) — switch between personal and each workspace you belong to. See Workspaces.
Clear Project Library search and folder filters; open All or the folder you used at create time — Organize with folders.
If a teammate moved the project, ask an Owner / Contributor which workspace hosts it — Move projects.
For scheduled YouTube publishes, confirm the channel under Channels / Integrations and check Studio publish status or YouTube Studio for the scheduled item — Publish or schedule a short · Bulk publish.
