Sometimes small tweaks on the caption is all we need to have a prefect dubbing. So Braiv allows you to edit captions with ease. Here is how to do it:

  1. Choose the file you want to edit on Video Library.

2. You'll see the Language and Translations screen where it will display the captions. Check out the entire Caption section and FIND the words you want to REPLACE.

3. Find/Replace is of right lower-bottom of the screen as shown below. So the rule of replacing a word is to type it in the FIND box to locate it faster. You can either Replace all or Replace once.

For example if you type in the word "and" on Find box, all the word "and" will be highlighted even words that has "and" on every SEGMENT so watch out for it.

By clicking on REPLACE ALL, it will replace the word all at once and REPLACE ONCE will replace it one word at a time.

For Replace Once use the Arrows underneath it to move from one text to another to locate the right word you want to replace then click Replace Once. The COLOR of the one highlighted on a darker color is the one that is going to be replaced.

4. Once all the needed caption has been changed, click SAVE button,

it will start PROCESSING.

A blue check mark will appear indicating it has finished processing.

Note: It is important to remember that every change being made has to get SAVED to complete the process.
